Wet markets are outdoor markets where people by food. They are almost like supermarkets but there are individual stalls where people sell all kinds of different things.

This fruit is called dragon fruit because people say it looks like a dragon. The taste is very sweet.
Mango is a favorite of everyone it seems.

This is hot hot pepper my Uncle Iqbal dared me to try it but I put a small bit on my tongue and it stinged like a bee. They do look small but the have a big spice.

My uncle Iqbal can speaks Chinese so he helped me to speak with Ms. Chau. She owns a stall and is 87 years old. She has been working here for more than 60 years. Before her father owned the stall.

Lychee kind of a funny looking fruit. You peel it and eat the inside but not the nut in the middle.
This spikey looking fruit is Durian.
This is what it looks like when you open it. You eat the inside and not the outside or else you might hurt yourself. This fruit stinks very bad but people like to eat it for the taste. I don't like the taste!!!
